We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.


We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. In order to complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Customers are charged a maximum of one shipping fee (including returns); there is no restocking fee charged to the consumer for returns. Please consult with our customer service to confirm your return before returning, we are not responsible for any returns that do not utilize our standard return service.


Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email or official whatsapp. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed by automatically applying the credit to your credit card or original payment method, which usually takes 6 to 14 days to show up in your account, depending on your payment service provider.
